I watched OP360 yesterday by our Fantastic Brothers Marty, Chris and Red who undoubtedly do a magnificent job, and in which we had the presence of Our CEO and Leader Mr. Ash MUFAREH…

Yesterday we probably didn’t hear from Boca do Lider what we were all longing for, but probably like me, I didn’t pay attention to some of the things he said, and now I was listening again, and it was just highlighting some things that caught my attention and which I pay attention to. It’s an immense joy to be part of all this…

I, like most people, am eager to win 💶💰, but despite everything I don’t let this anxiety take away my insight or make me forget the reasons and Mr. Ash’s vision that led me to be part of this family’s project, and I become a member of ONPASSIVE!!

Time is the most precious and valuable asset we have, but this same Time spent now is necessary, so that we can have more Free Time without financial worries, which is without a doubt the biggest reason why throughout our lives we have a Better Quality of Life or more Time for simple things, such as taking my little one to Nursery, something that at this time is impossible, for the simple fact that my working day starts at 6:30 am, and from that time on my time becomes My Employer’s, this
Because the Financial Dependence on Employment to which I am limited forces me to do so!!!

And much more was said, because our Leader loves to speak and knows what he is talking about, this is because when he starts the ONPASSIVE “Theme” we realize that he understands and talks about what he has already created in his Mind, this is the perception that I have , I now understand that Mr. Ash moderates expectations about deadlines, but he does not moderate Expectations about the Entire Process, and his Vision, because just like someone who created this Cell Phone that I am writing about before it was created Physically, it was created in the mind of Someone, and as Mental Creation in comparison to physical creation probably never happens as idealized in the case of ONPASSIVE by our Leader, and for several reasons, firstly the Physical part of something has the Human Aspect that we know how the Employee works, nor We are always on the same line of thought or commitment, and there are countries’ laws, Corruption and several other reasons that cause delays!

In short, I speak my own name, and because I already understand our Leader’s process and vision and have complete trust, and because I have spent many years limited to Employment, and because I see Work to be done, and someone who will provide me with a Freedom that would never have been possible if it weren’t for this opportunity given to me to be part of this ONPASSIVE family, and even though they are doing everything for me, for all these and many other reasons I will continue to Support, and Believe, even if only for this reason. If I have to wait another week, a month or a year or two years, after all, what will that be for someone who has seen their time limited for 30 years?!!

My message is that the first step to our Success is in our Mind and Believing that we are already Free and Successful, thereby removing negativity and pessimism from us!

I want to give special thanks to our Brothers Marty de Garmo, Chris Johnson and Red Redfern, and of course to our Leader Mr. Ash MUFAREH and all the Leaders and Teams at ONPASSIVE!

One of the things that has marked me most on this ONPASSIVE journey is the fact that what under normal conditions would be impossible, which was me having an Online business or being part of the ONLINE Market in terms of Digital Products, and digital marketing, or how to create a source of income through this, I, with the very little knowledge I have, would not have this possibility, and I believe that many millions of people They would be in the same situation, so being part of ONPASSIVE is Radically Changing my life, because even before starting to obtain financial profits, I already obtained and acquired a lot of knowledge and Learning and knowledge, and Knowledge is something that has incalculable value! We live in a world in which it is preferable to spend money on military equipment or weapons, rather than solving urgent problems around the world, wouldn’t that be a situation worth rethinking?

One day I was researching people and figures who marked an era, I found a doctor that you may not know, he is Brazilian, his name is Dr. Lair Ribeiro and I started watching the videos on I Internet, and the Dr. Lair Ribeiro began to tell his story, and he began as follows: “The Health Industry” and then it caught my attention that part of him calling the health industry! That’s when the light came!Dr.Lair Ribeiro said, so if there are no sick people or Ontological diseases such as Cancer and many other diseases, how would it be possible to sell so many Medicines? How would it be possible to have an Industry that is Dominated by interests in which he said that we discover everything because we don’t discover a Cure for Cancer, for example? Have any of you ever wondered why in most supermarkets, if not all sweets, the things that do the most harm to our bodies, such as sugar, are always at the entrance or exit in the checkout boxes?Payment, this is not random! All of this is studied in such a way that, without us realizing it, we are programmed and almost forced to buy because this activates a click in our brain, and these Multinationals study all this….

What I want to exemplify here with these two examples is the way that we, without realizing it, are corrupted in some way, and this is just a drop in the ocean, because there are so many others Examples in which we can see that there simply exists the Desire that keeps us Mentally programmed, and these are just some ways of corrupting, now imagine what our Leader and His family pro He has probably supported it, this is because Our Leader Mr. Ash Mufareh has already said that Corruption is much bigger than he even imagined!

Our Leader Has a different vision of the World of Society, in which we will all benefit and this is going against a lot, a lot of corruption, that’s why I say we have to support in any way we can and Pray for Mr.Ash Mufareh His family and our Teams and Leaders, because the Change is much greater than what we can Imagine….

Each one of us just has the duty to support, even if it is with a Prayer, a Like, a Share, or a Comment, because a Small Seed Sown Today will bear many Fruits in the Future and this Future will be the change of our lives and that of many other people, and if that is not enough reason to support and be patient, then the context of ONPASSIVE does not suit Your Vision Change of the world !!!

When I started and became an Ambassador Member of ONPASSIVE, my first thought and objective was certainly to become a member of a Company that would allow me to have a Source of Income, without having to do anything, and that’s not wrong, I simply believed in what our Leader and CEO promised at the Launch of this Company, Family or Movement, whatever you want to call it, and more Once none of this is wrong ,or something negative to think about making money, this is because in the current world and derived from Inflation, people’s purchasing power is being lost more every day, and this forces people to go in search of new Sources of Income, so that they have the ability to have an acceptable or good quality of life… That’s why when I joined ONPASSIVE it was with the objective of making money without having to do nothing, and that would be magnificent I thought, because I didn’t understand anything about Digital Marketing or Technological Products in General,but everything changed from the moment I started participating more in ONPASSIVE, participating in Lives and Webinars, posting some Likes or making Shares and comments, and with that I started to Change my Mentality and when listening to our Leader and CEO and I understood that Making money will be a consequence of the Value of the Products or Services that ONPASSIVE will Add to Humanity in General, and I understood that my focus was wrong and that my focus would have to be to add Value in some way so that the money is a consequence of the value that I can add in some way, so I started doing something and Give my Face for ONPASSIVE, because what was promised to me will be fulfilled, but I felt I had a Duty to do something for a Family that has already done and will do for us, we are all part of this ONPASSIVE family and that is why we have to support each other and each try to help in our own way!

And I could be here mentioning countless situations and cases that I have already been through and that I believe many of you have certainly also been through, perhaps identical situations, and for all the given reasons.Mentioned above, in my point of view the Financial Issue is undoubtedly the most important or one of the most important reasons For instability and frustration or wear and tear in a Family or Marriage!

One of the things I learned is that to achieve success, whatever each person defines as success, the first step is taken when we implant this in our mind!

And how did I start this process?

I started the Japanese KAIZEN Concept ,mas o que é o Conceito KAIZEN ?
