And today is one of those days that, like everyone else in the world, we face difficult days with doubts, uncertainties or insecurities… in which we question everything, even questioning ourselves ,in which what until today seemed fantastic and wonderful, today seems negative with no prospects of any success, today is finally a difficult day, but in life we cannot stop and cry, until because no one is interested in what is happening to us !
But what about these times that we literally fight an Internal Battle between the Conscious and the Subconscious, in which the Subconscious provokes us and makes us feel negative and tries to make us give up on everything, yes because Our subconscious likes comfort more, it stays rested, instead of the conscious that tells us don’t stop, go fight and believe, it may seem strange but this is literally what happens to us, and It is at this point when the subconscious wins the “fight” with the Conscious that we give up on what takes us out of our comfort zone, that makes us think beyond what we are used to, and in the end we end up As it has happened so far, people have given up and always followed the “Herd” !
I believe that this has happened to many of you, but even in these moments, no matter how difficult they are, don’t stop, don’t allow the Subconscious to Win, and do something, use Physical Exercise, or then a Meditation so that they can return to Control of Actions and Thoughts and that they do not stop fighting or lose focus on Life Projects, because a Better Future is built with a present of struggle and persistence, and we cannot let anyone or anything tell us that we have to give up and continue the Life Routine that we have lived throughout these years, it is Time to Say “ENOUGH”!
And I’ll leave it here, with my awareness that even though I’m having a difficult day, I came here to share something because this has to always be one of the rules, which is to always do something on these days!
