But what is the Symbolism or Meaning of Change in ONPASSIVE and for Humanity?
When I talk about Change, Speaking of myself, the changes I have had in myself have been many and fantastic, but here it is important to mention the Changes that ONPASSIVE and the Ash with his vision has already provoked, and one of the ones I refer to is the fact that in all businesses we are used to hearing about Profits and at ONPASSIVE the The word we learned to refer to is “VALUE”!
And what is the meaning of the word “VALUE” within our ONPASSIVE family?
We constantly see in the news or on social media, the absurd Profits of Large Companies regardless of the Area and ,but at ONPASSIVE the Culture is to Create Value so that we are Rewarded with Financial Gains, and this is Logical and natural.
Our LEADER ASH MUFAREH understood that to do something totally different and that would benefit everyone, he would have to start changing people’s vocabulary and start understanding that the focus should be on work.Dedication, Compromise ,and what uses would automatically bring us Financial Gains !
Just to give an example of a way people seek to make money without adding any “VALUE, they are are those people who seek to obtain financial gains through gambling, betting, and other examples…
And this was one of the Great Changes already incorporated not only within ONPASSIVE, but also for those outside of us,but Mr.Ash left in the Pop Up in OES that many more and deeper changes were made !
The Digital world is getting bigger and more used, and the Ash understood that to create something different he would have to reset his mindset and his way of working and creating!

about my area …
I work in the Construction Industry and to build a New Building on the site of an old Building, we first have to Demolish and Clear the Area so that we can then Build the New One.
Mr. Ash understood that he would have to clear the old concept from people’s heads in order to implement the ONPASSIVE concept, which is “VALUE”, and this is one of the great changes of ONPASSIVE, but many Other changes will happen, let’s wait to understand what they will be!
