HOW DID I GET TO ONPASSIVE?

One of the things I learned is that to achieve success, whatever each person defines as success, the first step is taken when we implant this in our mind!

And how did I start this process?

I started the Japanese KAIZEN Concept ,mas o que é o Conceito KAIZEN ?

**Kaizen** (Japanese: 改善, “improvement”) is a concept that refers to **business activities** aimed at **continuously improving** all functions within an organization. It involves **all employees**, from the CEO to assembly line workers. Kaizen also extends to processes like purchasing and logistics, crossing organizational boundaries into the supply chain¹². Essentially, Kaizen represents **gradual and methodical improvement** in productivity and efficiency.

In short, KAIZEN is simply improving a little every day, and is that really possible for anyone?

Continuous improvement is KAIZEN’s motto, and for that, we just have to dedicate a little of the time that, for example, we literally waste looking at the negative news that drags us down and always keeps us trapped in this System that does everything to make us mere Employees with a Job that many of us hate!Is this the price to pay, dedicating a little of the time we waste in front of a TV?

YES, that’s right, it seems like a lie, doesn’t it seem so simple??

Unfortunately this is how we live, if you remember that in the past we traveled a lot and with a simple map we could go everywhere, nowadays if you remove the GPS many don’t even know how to get to a job, yes we are shaped to think that we cannot lose our job, which is safe and such, and suddenly a Pandemic appears, for example, and we realize that our job is not so secure after all, and I say It’s time to start implementing KAIZEN, I’m not saying that everything will change from one moment to the next, nothing like that! This is a journey that we must prepare ourselves for A long Journey, and of course the Return will be proportional to the sacrifices we are willing to make to change !

In short, opportunities will appear, ONPASSIVE can certainly appear in your lives and yes, we can say that we have already reached a magnificent level that we could never dream of with our So Idolized Job!
